FAQ
When will I receive my order?
All of our products are handmade to order, and you can expect orders to ship usually within 4-6 weeks, however, if you need your order by a specific time feel free to contact us and we will do our best to get your order to you within that time. We ship mostly via USPS within the U.S., which typically takes 3-5 business days in the U.S., 8-10 business days to Canada and 14 or more business days internationally.
How long will my Gianni Cooling product last?
We believe in building quality products that retain their value over time. In general, our genuine leather products are known to outlast comparable cotton, plastics or many faux leathers because they are easy to clean and do not use harsh chemicals and laminated surfaces, which often crack after only a few years of use. Genuine leather, on the other hand, has been known to be a long-lasting material.
How do I care for my Gianni Cooling product?
The leather used in our leashes and collars is a beautiful and natural material that is naturally dirt and stain resistant. As long as the most important and basic maintenance practices are followed, it remains beautiful, durable and lasts longer. If your leash or collar gets dirty, we recommend hand-washing with a damp cloth and laying out to dry. If you have a veg tan leather product, please be aware that cleaning with water might make the leather appear slightly darker. After cleaning we recommend using our Gianni Cooling Leather Balm.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are handmade in our studio based in Raleigh, North Carolina. We stay true to our roots as a locally grown and operated business and remain wholly integrated with our community and the customers we serve. We care about our customers and the dogs who wear our products, and always have their health and wellness in mind as we design and make our products in Raleigh. We make each and every product by hand and custom made to order.
From where do you source your materials?
We proudly source all of our products ethically from Europe and the USA. All of our manufacturing partners are family-owned small businesses that earn fair wages and refuse to use chemicals to treat materials.
