What is your return policy?

Our products are handmade with the highest quality leather ethically sourced from Europe, and for this reason we stand 100% behind our products and know you will too! If there are issues with your order:

  • Returns of non-personalized and non-customized products will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges, if received within 14 days of original purchase

  • Returns of non-personalized products will be exchanged for store credit if received after 14 days or original purchase, however, we cannot accept returns after 30 days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for paying all return and exchange shipping costs. If we sent an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a return label, however, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment and recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service when mailing your return.

 Where do you ship to?
We currently ship anywhere,  International shipments are shipped via UPS. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported to the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. ALL UPS shipments MUST include a phone number and email address, it is necessary and if not included your order will not be processed. International orders may experience delays caused by customs.
