What is your return policy?
Our products are handmade with the highest quality leather ethically sourced from Europe, and for this reason we stand 100% behind our products and know you will too! If there are issues with your order:

Returns of non-personalized and non-customized products will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges, if received within 14 days of original purchase

Returns of non-personalized products will be exchanged for store credit if received after 14 days or original purchase, however, we cannot accept returns after 30 days

Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for paying all return and exchange shipping costs. If we sent an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a return label, however, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment and recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service when mailing your return.
