Shipping policy

We currently ship anywhere, International shipments are shipped via UPS. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported to the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. ALL UPS shipments MUST include a phone number and email address, it is necessary and if not included your order will not be processed. International orders may experience delays caused by customs.

All of our products are handmade to order, and you can expect orders to ship usually within 12-21 business days, however, if you need your order by a specific time feel free to contact us and we will do our best to get your order to you within that time. We ship mostly via USPS within the U.S., which typically takes 3-5 business days in the U.S., 8-10 business days to Canada, and 14 or more business days internationally.
